To further expand and strengthen the position in the central Netherlands, the shareholders actively sought more acquisition opportunities after this acquisition. <\/p><p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amer-hout.nl\/\">Amer Houttechniek<\/a> <\/strong>&#8211; a specialized and service-oriented woodworking company, located at Calveen business park in Amersfoort since 1998 and with a leading position in Amersfoort and surrounding areas &#8211; fully met the profile. MWC Group&#8217;s long-term ambitions match those of Amer Houttechniek, which led to a good match between the two parties. After an intensive period of cooperation, the acquisition of Amer Houttechniek was effected in early May 2022.  <\/p><p>With this successful acquisition, MWC Group is fulfilling its ambition to become the market leader in the Central Netherlands for the production of wooden frames, doors, windows, and moldings for regional residential and commercial construction.<\/p><p>On behalf of FBM <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/staging.fbm.nl\/team-fbm\/pieter\/\">Pieter Westland<\/a><\/strong> advised the shareholders of MWC Group on this acquisition and arranging related transaction financing.
