This week, the company announced it was selling the business to EK Fashion, part of the European-based EK Group (formerly known as Euretco). <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ek-retail.com\/nl\/fashion\/\">EK Fashion<\/a> offers a broad collection of clothing and services to retailers in the fashion industry and has the facilities of the largest retail service organization in the Netherlands. EK Fashion is therefore the ideal party to further expand the established brands Garage and Slater both nationally and internationally with their expertise and extensive network. In addition, this acquisition guarantees the continuity of production at the factory of MJL Investments in Bangladesh.  <\/p>\n<p>On behalf of FBM Corporate Finance, Albert van Lunteren acted as advisor to the seller.
