The entry of H2 Equity Partners allows GaragePark to accelerate its ambitious growth strategy and further strengthen its position in the fast-growing self-storage market. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>GaragePark is a developer and operator of high-quality self-storage parks throughout the Netherlands. The parks feature a high level of security, making them ideal for entrepreneurs (stock and equipment). The company has a unique value proposition, with parks in (semi-)urban areas with large (&gt;18m2) private units with services such as 24\/7 security, sanitary facilities, parking and private mailboxes. Through frequent use of solar panels, the parks are operated energy-neutral. GaragePark was founded in 2008 by real estate entrepreneur and current <strong>CEO Rick Venema<\/strong> and since then has a track record of successfully realizing more than 50 parks throughout the Netherlands.    <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fbm.nl\/en\/stefan-2\/\"><strong>Stefan Antonissen<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fbm.nl\/team-fbm\/philip\/\"><strong>Philip van der Hoek<\/strong><\/a> advised the management and shareholder of GaragePark on behalf of FBM throughout the acquisition process.
