Albert van Lunteren assisted the management in the realization of this acquisition. <\/p>\n<p>After 40 years of working in the family business, owner Nico Papa\u00efoannou is taking a step back at a logical moment. Both companies were already working intensively together. With the takeover, Kooijman Autogroep now has two bodyshops.  <\/p>\n<p>Nico Papa\u00efoannou will phase out his activities. He will transfer the day-to-day management to Frans de Beus.
