In order to achieve further growth, a three-member management team consisting of general manager Folkert Eggink, financial director Iris Wissink and director Mogelijk Hypotheken Dirk Jan van der Hoeden was hired in 2020. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mogelijk targets entrepreneurs, real estate investors and investors. On the one hand, entrepreneurs and real estate investors can turn to Mogelijk seeking financing when buying a business property or a house or apartment for rent. On the other hand, Mogelijk also offers the opportunity to use accumulated capital to finance the business mortgage of entrepreneurs. In this way, Mogelijk is a &#8220;one-stop shop&#8221; when it comes to real estate financing.   <\/p>\n<p>Mogelijk has already financed more than 1,930 properties over the past five years and issued total financing worth approximately \u20ac350 million. With their own developed platform, they connect investors and entrepreneurs and are there for real estate investors.
