In a short period of four years, the real estate investors have built a portfolio of over 91 lettable units (asset value \u20ac25mln.). With the current financier, the real estate investors ran into a financing ceiling. Refinancing with a strategic financier was the way to achieve the growth ambitions.   <\/p>\n<p>Using a portfolio scan, FBM provided entrepreneurs with insight into the conditions at which the portfolio could be refinanced. The amount of the financing to be raised and the conditions were then compared with the current conditions to make the difference clear.
