With this step, Kooijman Autogroep further expands its position as a Toyota dealer in the Utrecht region. <\/p>\n\n<p>FBM Corporate Finance acted as advisor to Kooijman on this strategic acquisition.<\/p>\n\n<p>Kooijman is an official combination dealer of Toyota and Kia and further expands its presence in the region with this acquisition.
