On Thursday, July 10, 2025, the acquisition of The Notary Center was successfully completed. FBM Corporate Finance accompanied buyer WingWays and performed the financial due diligence<\/a> on this transaction. <\/p>\n\n

The Notation Center is a national specialist in professional notetaking services and transcriptions. With a core team of more than 10 employees and a pool of more than 100 experienced Hbo+ notetakers throughout the Netherlands, the agency provides high-quality reporting for meetings to large conferences, often including in English and with audio transcriptions or captions. <\/p>\n\n

WingWays is a dynamic consulting and secretarial firm that provides support to SME associations, cooperatives and partnerships, among others, with a focus on administrative support, communications, legal services and interim management.<\/p>\n\n
