A recognition of which we are proud, and which is in line with our commitment to quality, knowledge, network and proven performance within the M&amp;A domain.<\/p><h4 data-start=\"595\" data-end=\"618\">Growth of the team<\/h4><p data-start=\"619\" data-end=\"918\">In 2025 we were pleased to welcome two new colleagues: <strong data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"691\">Daan Teunissen<\/strong> joined us as Business Analyst and <strong data-start=\"739\" data-end=\"765\">Boudewijn van der Hart<\/strong> as Junior Consultant. With this strengthening, we are further expanding our capacity and investing in the future-proofing of our services.<\/p><h4 data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"949\">Results and dealmaking<\/h4><p data-start=\"950\" data-end=\"1329\">The past year was intense and diverse. We supervised <g id=\"gid_0\">16 sales transactions<\/g> and <g id=\"gid_1\">8 purchase transactions<\/g>, prepared approximately <g id=\"gid_2\">75 business valuations<\/g> and realized several complex refinancings.
