Kooijman Autogroep acquires Autobedrijf Van Ekris Maarssen

On June 2, 2025, the acquisition of Autobedrijf Van Ekris Maarssen B.V. was successfully completed. With this step, Kooijman Autogroep further expands its position as a Toyota dealer in the Utrecht region.

FBM Corporate Finance acted as advisor to Kooijman on this strategic acquisition.

Kooijman is an official combination dealer of Toyota and Kia and further expands its presence in the region with this acquisition. Autobedrijf Van Ekris has built a strong reputation and was again named the very best Toyota dealer in the Netherlands in 2025 by winning the prestigious Ichiban Best Retailer in Town Award.

With this joining of forces, both companies are taking a strong step toward the future.
